Interview process was fairly simple. Last interview was very condescending to say the least. Glad I did not move forward. I was told I would hear “something” regardless of if I would be selected or not. It has been 4 months and I’ve heard nothing which is fine. Recruiters need to understand to not ghost candidates.

And don't forget to solicit feedback via a scorecard or a post-panel debrief.
