Applications were reviewed, interviews were scheduled about 3 weeks in advance. The interview consisted of 14 in-depth questions regarding laboratory experience, employee relations, project management, scheduling, safety with hazardous chemicals. There was a panel of 3, all internal staff to SNWA.
