Apply online. Got an e-mail about a week later, inviting me to do a recorded interview. Recorded myself answering 5 questions, and then a short essay question about why I wanted the job. Received an e-mail a week later, asking me to participate in a panel interview via webcam. They asked for reference checks that same day (5 references needed, each of them get e-mailed a survey asking about you). You have to do a personality assessment when you get asked for your references. Background check is completed once they offer you a job. The whole process took about a month.

Entrevista
They did not really ask any questions to get to know me or any questions regarding academic advising at that. I researched a lot about the interview process and they asked none of the questions listed by others here; or even similar questions. Just basic, odd questions; they probably are actually data analysts.
I agree with what was said by someone else on here on how a Bachelors Degree & great recommendations/references isn’t enough. So if that’s all you’re going off of; do not waste your time interviewing.
Also, if you are a non-white person of color; beware that there is no diversity here. I interviewed with up to six managers/team leads and not one of them were a person of color.
