The first interview took place online through HireVue. It was very impersonal. I feel this style of interview is suited to "the selfie generation." For those of us that still like two way interaction and don't hide behind smart phones, it may feel very robotic and sterile. Questions were pretty standard interview questions. It took about a month to hear back. I was invited for an in person interview however the hours were changed from the original job posting. I appreciate hearing back, however I feel the hours should be accurate before accepting interviews otherwise it's a waste of everyone's time. I don't think I would apply again after this experience.

This was a very basic digital interview where you record your answers to a few questions. I actually enjoyed this one compared to my first digital interview 6 months prior for a different job with SNHU. There were more opportunities to practice your answer to the question. Digital interviews are so hard because you're just talking to a screen and there's no immediate response, so practice helps it feel more natural.
