Smooth process. The interview process was smooth, efficient, effective, and respectful. There were clear criteria and expectations. SNHU had a plan of action—for what they needed and what the candidate needed to provide. SNHU provided a clear, concise summary of this plan, which was most helpful for the candidate. The summary is helpful to both parties because it enables them to realize exactly what has been accomplished as well as to focus on a final concordance.

Very quick. I had a brief video interview that was about 30 minutes long, and a follow up phone call shortly after. The phone call was with a recruiter and was very quick.
