So far, I've completed half of the interview process for College for America. The preliminary interview is a phone call asking how you came across the company, why you want to work for them, and prior experience that may help with the job. It's a fairly easy interview. The person who interviewed me asked questions, explained how CfA works, who they reach out to, as well as how the job works. The interviewer was friendly, willing to answer any question I had, and was thorough about addressing concerns, which I liked. The only thing I didn't like was the sales pitch discussing cost of the university, how degree programs work, and why it's a good program. This was a bit of a turnoff, so if I could speak to higher-ups directly, I would say eliminate the sales pitch during the interview for a job. What helped me was that I was prepared for the interview by reading sample interview questions from Southern New Hampshire University since CfA is affiliated. However, the interview is simple and straight-forward.
