SNHU has a three step process. They do a pre-taped interview, a 1:1, and then an interview with a department head or supervisor. The process isn't hard but they do take a long time to get back to you. I've interviewed for multiple positions and haven't gotten the job. They do like to hire internally pretty frequently (know multiple people who work there), so I wouldn't be discouraged.
