Entrevista
Video questions at first (three questions), this was followed by a phone interview with human resource. Phone call lasted about 15-20 minutes. Received an email a week later with the job offer.

Entrevista
Had one 15-20 minute initial-vetting type of phone interview with an HR person, then a more detailed, follow-up interview of perhaps 45-60 minutes with an IT program dean. Both were straight-on, no-nonsense interviews, with no "curveball" questions -- it was a very streamlined process, though given the proximity to end-of-year holidays, probably stretched out (~ one month) more than is usual.
