Two rounds of interviews. First with HR, then with the supervisors in your division. They asked questions about your interest in civil rights work, the SPLC and the specifc position you applied for.

It was very comfortable. The interviewer was very nice. She made it feel conversational so there was not much pressure in it. The interview was very public-interest oriented. So, I had to make sure to structure my answer around it.
