Was contacted by phone from the person I thought was the hiring manager, came in for the interview the next day, turns out it's a third party interviewer. Asked some basic questions, filled out a personality form, passed back to the interviewer, asked the same basic questions, passed off to the manager who then rephrased the same questions. After he said he liked the way I answered was passed to another 3rd party interviewer who then talked to me briefly about myself and then hired me on the spot assuming my drug test and background check was good. Started work 2 days later. Was told by the other new hires this had been the same process for them as well and it wasn't unique
