Phone screen / phone interview was fairly typical overall. Basic "tell me about a time" questions. No review of your personal history, experience, or qualifications. Very 'checklisty' and not very personable. No job description or position details. I had to interject with questions. No offer for questions at the end. Hopefully the face to face interviews would be more professional.

It had multiple steps. First, I submitted an application. Second, I was interviewed by 3 team leaders and was given a typing test. Third, I was interviewed by the supervisor. I was contacted by phone that I had received the job.
