Entrevista
There were no ethnic people carrying out the interviews at all, the project team do not seem very diverse.The assessment day was filled with women, ethnic and ex army candidates , so assuming they were just trying to fulfil theire diversity and inclusion commitments.
Candidates who were successful got informed the following Monday. Those who were unsuccessful were made to wait to Friday Afternoon to get the disappointing news. The recruiter did not handle this very well. Another note is that previous employees were given interviews only, with no assessment, diverse people get an assessment day. Very strange.

Entrevista
The interview was mainly observatory. It took a whole day and all invited applicants were observed as they went about the day.
There was a group activity involving a small project and observations were made as the group members went about delivery of the project.
Then there was a one-on-one interview session with a powerpoint presentation.

Entrevista
The process involved four stages: an initial recruiter screen, a short technical assessment, a behavioral interview with the hiring manager, and a final meeting with the team lead. Communication was clear and professional throughout the three-week period.
