Applied online via their website for a Part Time Ramp Agent Position. The process from applying to interviewing via phone took about 3 weeks.
My rep explained the position in detail along with the compensation and benefits, including free air travel and profit sharing.
The position is based on seniority regarding scheduling. Meaning that people who have been there the longest get to pick the shift they wish to work along with their days off and have a better chance of getting it than a newer employee.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

Entrevista
I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
