After you apply, you will recieve a phonecall from a recruiter that will ask you a series of questions mostly resume related. If you do well, they will schedule an in person interview. The in-person interview is generally with a recruiter and a supervisor of the position you applied for. The interview isn't intimidating at all, they make you feel very welcomed and for me at least, they sent me home with a goodie bag with stickers, snacks & even water.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

Entrevista
I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
