The interview itself was easy. I researched the company in advance. First was a phone interview then a in person interview. The longest part was waiting for the background check. Process to begin. It took about 3-4 weeks to get the email about the background check, which was done within a few days.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

Entrevista
I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
