Well the interview process started off the phone interview was kind of little bit I for me because I had never did one before but then the in-person interview I did a panel interview which it turned out to be really good three fell over and agents who show me everything and talk to me and made me feel like they're a part of a team

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

Entrevista
I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
