I applied on March then they called me back on Jun, two weeks later they informed me to be selected on face to face interview.
Be yourself because they are great team and they want to know whether your qualification is suitable to the position or not, but not how much you are excellent.

There was a phone interview and an in-person interview. The recruiters are very kind and mostly want to know how your past experiences prepared you for what you applied for and how your personality aligns with Southwest!

There are two stages for the interviews - one with a recruiter over the phone and one with your potential team in person in Dallas, TX. Your 'team' could be comprised of anywhere between 1 and 8 people.

Entrevista
I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire interview process. The first step was a phone call interview and from there I was brought into the headquarters for an in-person interview. They made me feel extremely comfortable and it was more of a conversation than an interview.
