Entrevista
The first contact was by a phone interview. I was asked about my experience listed on my resume. I was emailed a accessment test for Excel and PowerPoint, After the phone interview I was asked to come in for a face to face interview with the hiring manager.
The interview included the recruiter which was my person of contact, the hiring manager and one other recruiter. I was given a sequel test

Entrevista
The interview process went well. First step is the initial phone screening to see if you fit the role. Second step was an excel and PowerPoint test sent by the recruiter. They give you a week to complete. The test is timed( 1hr for each section). They give a large data set and basically ask you questions about the data. The third round was a F2F interview with two managers and your initial recruiter. They asked very detailed questions about your resume and why do you think you would be a fit for the position. Southwest is really big on fit. After the interview they surprised me with another SQL test. I was not prepared for this and it really hurt my chances of getting an offer. Overall good experience.
