There is a phone interview followed by a panel discussion of your recruiter and maybe 3 other leaders. Everyone is pretty laid back so no need to be nervous, just know what you're talking about and you will be fine. Make sure you're able to talk through your resume, your experiences and how they are relevant to the job.
