F2F-The interview felt extremely fake. There were about 40 or so candidates going through the process. They played dancing queen and cheered as we entered into a long hallway leading into a large conference room. As each candidate was called the interviewer would come in and tell a cheesy joke, followed by a candidate leaving. The questions were the typical STAR method and they didn't seem to deviate from the typical and go into any kind of true personality questions. It felt like the interviewers were programmed. Following my interview I was told I'd hear back later in the week. The candidates they want get offers on the spot and drug tested while they are there.
