The process was long and quite confusing. I was brought in for a two person interview, then my second interview was skype with the RED. A month passed and no word, when I was told I would hear a week later. I waited and waited. A month later was told the budget was not covering their position so they would not be able to offer a position.

Casual, small 3-person panel. The offer had to be cleared by Federal officials before it could be offered. You need to be bilingual so they asked a couple of questions in Spanish.
