Entrevista
The interview process was a decent but long process, taking around 2 months total. I applied after a career fair and received an initial call to set up a phone screening with the team manager. The phone screening was straightforward and easy, with the manager being very friendly. Stated he enjoyed the conversation and that HR would be in touch to set up an onsite interview. HR contacted me 2 days later in an email and we scheduled a date a week later. Thankfully I followed up to be sure because 5 days later HR still had not input my interview into the Managers calendar, so we had to reschedule for the week after. The interview itself was good. Normally an applicant would interview with HR first to cover basic company benefits and details for about 30 -45 minutes, then change over to the hiring manager interview. My experience was the opposite, due to a meeting conflict. I met with the Manager and 2 of his Senior Analysts and Developers. Some of the questions from the phone conversation was asked again, probably for the sake of the rest of the team. The remaining questions were about prior experience or education listed on the resume. Overall, the team made you feel comfortable and if you turn it into more of a conversation instead of a one way interrogation, its much easier.
