Instead, I received a generic, impersonal rejection email stating that they had many applicants and chose other candidates, with no explanation on what was missing in my profile. It was clear they weren’t invested in giving candidates a respectful experience. The Process: - Disorganized & Unstructured Interviews – The interviewer was unprepared and couldn’t provide critical details about the role. - Lack of Transparency – Key aspects like salary and role expectations were unclear throughout the process. - Poor Candidate Experience – They failed to follow through on promises and sent an automated rejection without feedback. Final Thoughts: The hiring process at Sovendus felt like a waste of time. They weren’t clear about what they were looking for, and the interview gave the impression that they were either screening without a real hiring intent or unsure about the role themselves.
