The interview was first with HR over phone. HR then screens the profile and sends it over to manager. Get video interview invitation from manager which was scheduled for 2 hours. The first 45 minutes was with manager and a technical person. Second half of interview was again with manager and AVP. No response for 3 weeks even after following up with manager and HR for 2 -3 times. Finally get rejection email from HR.
