Cassandra is very nice and she answers all the questions. A tedious long process to be honest to many interviews but I understand they gotta cross their checklist I wish they would cut the interview to less

Very personable process-- I applied via a job board, Connor Hughes (internal recruiter at Sovos) reached out to me via email. We then spoke by phone. I was given an assessment, 2 logic tests and 1 coding test. Connor walked me through the entire process-- providing clear instructions and tons of support and encouragement. I was invited into the office to interview with 4 people. Connor met me at the office and again guided me through the whole process. The interviews were difficult in that difficult questions were asked but it was a very positive experience. Within a couple of days an offer was extended to me by phone and I accepted.
