I interviewed with a woman who did not understand databases at all. Very frustrating. She had zero business interviewing me. She was hurried, not well-prepared, and didn't understand basic concepts. She seemed insulted when I asked questions back (she asked if I had any questions and I asked about the networking infrastructure). Awful experience!
