You have to take an aptitude test and personality questionnaire for, before an actual interview. The aptitude test is not something you can study for. You get an email if you are selected to take the test, and then another email telling you if you passed to move onto a video interview.

The process is quite fun, you take a personality test and then an aptitude test. This will allow the company to see you before they 'see' you. I find the approach interesting and unique. I have not yet had a call back for an interview as I just finished the test. I was actually looking to find out more about the company and this website came up. I just thought I would share my initial thoughts. I feel the unique approach is something that I have to look forward to than the company an I will do great things.
