Entrevista
I was invited for an in-person interview after completing a phone screening, which initially gave me a positive impression of the company. However, the overall hiring experience turned out to be very disappointing. It took nearly 3 months after I applied (even though the role was posted for longer than that) to even be contacted for the initial phone screening. After the in-person interview, I sent a thank-you email and later followed up multiple times regarding the status of my application. Unfortunately, I never received any response, not even a rejection email or a basic update.
A lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process reflects poorly on the organization’s internal operations and respect for candidates’ time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend applying here.

Entrevista
Two interviews, first with the HR Coordinator who was lovely and the second with the Hiring Manager, HR Director and the HR Coordinator over Microsoft Teams. Each time it was a mix of questions and conversation.

Entrevista
Assumptive and defensive are the two words I would use to describe the interview. I am over qualified for the position and looking for a change in industry, and they made it clear they weren't going to give me a chance. The several women on the phone interview made it clear early that they were not interested in me. It was a waste of time for all of us. Look at how they respond to comments on the company review page, and it will give some insight into the attitude of the leadership staff here. Also, if you don't want to bring something up as interview feedback, don't - it is tacky.
