My experience began positively with an initial HR interview in Italy. However, the subsequent joint interview with the Project Manager and CTO revealed some concerns. While the Project Manager maintained professionalism, I found the CTO's demeanor to be somewhat dismissive.
After expressing my concerns to HR, they arranged a follow-up interview. Unfortunately, the CTO's communication style during this second meeting was even less conducive to productive conversation. This interaction raised questions about the company culture and team dynamics, ultimately leading me to conclude that this might not be the right fit for my professional growth.
