The interview process has 3 stages. 1.) Testing (about 1 hr.) The tests consist of the Kiersey Personality Test (free on ohiomeansjobs), a letter writing test (Can you write a professional letter, with the information provided), 2 different tests regarding similar sounding words and contractions in use of sentences, and using Excel -information is given as to how to arrange in an easily read format for children. However, it's a set up. The Excel instructions say to list in columns which is not easy to read. Also, a personality test? Really? That said it all for me. Then, if you pass the test, you interview twice after that. They were hiring for 4 months before me. Still hiring after that long, or hiring again. Good Luck. Weird. Very weird atmosphere. QUIET.
