The interview started with three phone interviews. First with HR, then with the hiring manager, then peer review, and I was then invited to an in person interview on site however, I’ve never been invited to an interview that requires. I do a PowerPoint presentation and then after the presentation, I have a one on one with different people that don’t ask me any questions which I don’t know what that was about was it a personality fit? Who knows it was the artist interview all of which could have been done over a teams meeting rather than me driving a few hundred miles for on site presentation. Even though I was not offered the position, I had already decided. I did not want to take it due to their high turnover rate lack of ability to leave the campus for lunch, and intense work hours they require you to work overtime, but you are not compensated for that overtime because you are a salary exempt employee.
