The interview process has several steps including a couple of phone interviews, and a final onsite presentation. I heard back on each step very quickly, and had good communication with the recruiter. I appreciate that they gave me the opportunity to fully explore if this was the right role for me as well.

Entrevista
First, there was the typical phone screening by HR, and then after scheduling a phone interview with the hiring managers and speaking with them, another phone interview was set with the director. In addition to reviewing your qualifications and previous experience on your resume, SpaceX really wants to use this opportunity to get to know you and see how well you would integrate into their face-paced environment. Knowing the company, why SpaceX, and how you can handle stress is very important.
