Entrevista
Interviewed for Mission Integration Engineer. Two technical phone screens with project manager and division director followed by an onsite technical interview. Technical interview included a presentation o a past project followed by a tour of the facilities and technical 1-on-1 presentations. Questions were mainly deep dives into past projects and resume, including how you tackled problems, why, and how you would improve/lessons learned. Some high-level systems engineering/design questions about hypothetical scenarios.

Entrevista
First a recruiter phone call for vibe check, followed by a call with someone from the team who went through my resume and poked at certain experiences, then onsite with presentation on a work I did and four-five rounds of technical, final round with director of department.

I applied to the position on October 25th. I eventually flew to Hawthorn for the last round if interviews in mid April. This wasn't an entry-level recent college grad position, so you can imagine how surprised I was that the process took so long. They tended to be rather inflexible with interview times, either not reviewing my stated availability, not asking me for my availability at all, or not responding to emails saying I wasn't able to make interviews at times scheduled without my input. Everyone was perfectly nice and fun to talk to, but I found the process very frustrating due to this behavior.
