Was reached out to by a hiring manager. Started with a phone screen interview before moving to project team interview. They said they would fly me to California for an in-person technical presentation for round 3 if round 2 worked well.

Entrevista
40 minute long call with an engineer. First, we mainly talked about my experience within a technical organization. Followed up with rapid fire technical questions and then he asked for any questions from me. We had some extra time left over and he gave me the opportunity to talk about the next most important on my resume

Interview process was good and smooth
. It consisted of 3 rounds. The questions were a combination of general technical questions, project related technical questions, and two or so behavioral questions.

Where is the point of highest stress when a cantilever is loaded downward at the far edge of the beam?
2 technical rounds, both were 45 minutes long. Asked basic engineering questions (cantallevered beam, flow through a pipe, hydraulics) and increasingly got difficult. Must know first princple engineering to pass interview.
