The interview process was a little lengthy. I was a bit nervous at first, i had to interview with a total of six people but i believe it got easier as the interviewers passed along. I prepared myself by simply studying the company and watching videos of what they have accomplished so far. It is a bit nerve wrecking and a tad bit tiring having to repeat yourself to six others but i believe in the end it is all definitely worth it. They asked basic interview questions about experience and where i see myself with the company, other than that they focus on the history of the company and what i can contribute. I believe it works somewhat like a chain of command, if you do well with the first person they most likely will pass you on to the next and so on and so forth. However if you receive a thumbs down, they will not continue with the interview process. Overall they were very polite and respectful. All individuals i met with seemed to love what they do here at SpaceX so it made me feel more comfortable to share my eagerness to be a part of it as well.

7 interviews, 30 minutes each with all different levels of management. All happened back to back over a four hour period and there was a one on one tour of the facilities and an overview of what to expect if an offer was exteneded. Arthur was my recruiter and he was incredibly helpful and upbeat and made me feel at home there before I even started interviewing.
