However, the overall experience was marred by the second round of interviews, which were conducted by one recruiter. Despite passing the initial technical interview with flying colors, I was ultimately rejected due to my English accent, which the HR representative claimed made communication difficult. The HR department's decision to reject my application based on my accent was disappointing and concerning. It's disheartening to see a company that values diversity and inclusion make decisions that could be seen as discriminatory. Advice to potential applicants: be aware that your English accent could be a deciding factor, even if your technical skills are not in question.

I was contacted by HR and set an interview at the HTC in Eindhoven. They don't have real office there, just a place where employees can go in case they need it. Only man, women are a mirage.
