Intro call within hiring manager - 1/2 very basic tech questions, 2 weeks passed then invited to on-site. 3 people back-to-back, 45 minutes each. First was tiny coding puzzles, 2nd was talk about a difficult technical problem solved last job, last was build a simple React app
