Interminable process with no sense of end point. Lots of informal chats with lack of clarity over purpose. Felt like goal posts constantly changing and they didn't value candidates time.

the interview at was into two parts, written and oral. so far i have done the written interview and on Monday i will do the oral. However i found the people who made the interviiew questions to be smart and they know what they are doing

Had 2 interviews which mainly focused on facilitation, communication and problem solving experience and the interviewer was friendly. People management skill would help and this job requires to work in remote places non urban
