Entrevista
Before an interview took place, I was given a survey and asked to answer a few situational questions. Once the questions were reviewed, they decided to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview, I felt, was to get a lot of personal preference questions out and see if I would be a good fit for the company. When the phone interview went well, I was then set up for a face-to-face interview with an account manager. At that point he discussed with me what the culture, environment, and daily work load would look like. After the face to face interview was done, it was then evaluated by the owner and if he liked the answers from the previous interview, he would then conduct his own final interview.

Entrevista
I first had a phone interview with an internal recruiter and she then initiated the next steps to a face to face interview with the VP and herself. From that point, I then had an interview with the CEO one on one. A couple hours after that final interview took place, I received a phone call from the initial recruiter unofficially offering me the position. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
