The process consisted of a phone call, a take-home assignment, a skill-assessment video call, and then a final video call. I got up to the second to last step, but it took over a month to initially hear back after applying. After my skill-assessment video call, I didn't hear back from anyone. I reached out twice, and finally heard back three weeks later. The lack of communication is frustrating, especially considering how they expressed how impressed they were with my experience every step of the way, all for them just to ghost me.

Received first email response to resume and application twelve days after submission. I was requested to choose a date and time for our interview and they supplied a link to access their booking system. I received a confirmation of the date and time with a link to the first zoom interview. I met on zoom (without video) the recruiter mentioned this was to conduct interview without any type of bias. She also informed me that it would be recorded for their internal records to ensure that all interviews are conducted in the same way. By the end of the call recruiter informed me that I would be moving on to next stage of the interview which was an at-home assignment. The assignment was due in 3 days. The assignment consisted of 3 parts. I felt very confident in answering the questions and I was thinking it was pretty easy... and well-suited to my experience. I also remember wondering why they provided so much time to respond. Once I responded, I heard back from them within three work days letting me know they would get back to me within a few days. Three days later they responded letting me know I would not be moving forward. I requested some feedback but never received any. I later received an automated survey asking about my experience going through the interview process. I shared my experience which was a very positive one even without receiving an offer.
