Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Sparteo (Paris) em nov. de 2025
Entrevista
I applied online and was invited to interview shortly after. Unfortunately, the recruiter appeared unprepared and distracted during the call. They seemed to have limited understanding of the role and were unable to clearly explain responsibilities, expectations, or how success would be measured.
The conversation felt disorganized, and many of my questions about scope and structure went unanswered. It did not leave a strong impression of internal alignment around the position.
I did not hear back for a while after the interview. Upon following up, I received a generic rejection email clearly written with AI that was based solely on data from my resume, without any contextual feedback from the actual conversation.
The salary range was never disclosed. As of now, looks like the role remains unfilled.

It was supposed to be a 3-step process, but it turned into 5 (including an unnecessary test and an interview with the founder who was hard to reach). What surprised me most was that the test wasn’t part of the initial stages but added at the very end—wasting candidates’ time. After three interviews, I was ghosted for over two weeks, only for them to come back with yet another interview request. The whole process felt unprofessional. Not surprisingly, their job postings have been up for 4–5 months, which makes me question whether these roles are truly needed or just a way to create the appearance of being a “growing company.”

It was meant to be a 2-3 interview process with a business logic test.
Turned out to be 5 interviews as they kept moving the goalposts. In what was meant to be a final interview with the founder, he requested a thorough sales strategy to be presented and he provided a 12 slide template for me to fill out (7 hours unpaid work). I presented this and then received a verbal offer from the in-house recruiter. When no offer was sent, I chased, and the recruiter said he couldn’t 100% confirm I had an offer after all. Then the hiring manager got in touch and requested one last call. I spoke with him, answered more questions and he ended the call by saying an offer would be sent through the next day. I have never heard from anyone since. Disgusting.
Just to add- they also contacted my references before the offer- one of which was a 15 min video call- what a waste of their time.
