Applied and then had initial interview with lead esthetician and general manager and owner and practical on lead esthetician about a few days afterwards. Practical included cleansing, facial massage and hand and arm massage and skin analysis and 2nd interview a few days later.
They stopped correspondence despite me being qualified and interested. They'd asked if I could work weekends, I said yes, which they said was essential for the role. They didn't reply back. Did follow up and still didn't hear back. This was disappointing

LBX LOCATION. They didnt really ask any questions about me which I thought meant they were willing to hire anyone. They were only going to pay commission per service NOT hourly. If you wanted to make money w/o clients you need to work front desk for min wage. Pay starts at $17.50 for basic facial and can increase if you add extra services or do a higher tier facial
