I did first virtual interview and interviewer was nice and asked general screening questions. And then, I moved to second in-person interview. I visited Spear Physical Therapy site and got interviewed with two people. It was more like conversation and they made me to keep asking questions until I needed to make questions to ask.

The interview process was very straightforward process. The process began with a 30 minute phone interview, then in person interview, then a final round. I received an offer within 1 month.

Entrevista
Not much but you get rejected even though there are skills that match the requirements of the position. At least the basic decency is that they email you saying you are not considered so that's a plus of the company.
