Began with a phone interview and continued with two face to face interviews, meeting my direct boss and his boss. The questions were simple and it was more a CV review than a proper commercial interview, it wasn't a surprise to eventually find out that none of them had any real commercial experienced and just followed their "Gut feeling" rather than logic and performance analysis to develop an accurate decision.
