I received an invitation to schedule a phone interview with HR. I received 2 text messages reminding me about the meeting. Unfortunately, my interviewer was a no show. I emailed and asked if she would be attending the meeting and she did not respond. TWENTY minutes after the meeting was scheduled to start. She calls me and proceeds to interview me for the role. No acknowledgement of any kind related to her tardiness. She was pleasant during the interview and I nailed my answers. After thinking it over, I withdrew my application because the interview process is the best you're going to get treated at a job.
