After 10 interviews over two months, including several onsite (1.5hr commute each way), I was told by the founder that I’ve “had too many” jobs and was a statistical risk for leaving. He is understandably very proud of the average tenure of his employees. None of the other nine interviewers told me that was a problem.
Overall, the folks that I talked to were great, very friendly, great energy and positive attitudes and I could tell they were walking on eggshells when I asked what they didn’t like about the company.

4 single hour interviews focused on whiteboard coding challenges. Interviewee was allowed to pick programming language to use. One interview focused on more open ended "how would you approach X" to measure creativity.
