Asked a few questions, but mostly was told about the position, which was more than what was advertised. Was told I would get a call on Wednesday either way. Lead me on with the position. Two weeks later I called and was told the position was filled.

Easy interview process. I meet with three different people at the same time and they each took turns asking me questions to get to know me. They offered me the job on the spot.
