Screening call with the recruiter followed by then Multiple rounds with hiring manager that then progressed to an offer. I did not receive the offer yet. Overall not bad interview process

Solid interview process, but was promise I was getting a book of business 4x what it actually was. I turned down a competing offer for what I thought was stability. It turned out to be a bait and switch.
