The first step was a phone screening with a friendly recruiter. Next you are sent a lengthy assessment. I believe it took about an hour and a half. I contacted my recruiter afterwards and she scheduled an in person interview for me and the sales manager. My interview with him was very long....over 2 hours. I'm not sure this is the typical experience, though. He was a very outspoken, friendly and passionate guy and gave me a very detailed run down of the job specifics. I'm currently waiting to arrange a second interview, which is when we will go over the typical interview questions ("tell me about a time when...")

very good, had my 2nd interview the day after my 1st..the interview consisted of role playing, answering generat account excutive questions, explaing the company and postion and what it entails and expected

Very quick to get a response after your application. They also schedule your interview very quickly. Lots of questions about your experience, how you handle rejection, time management, and why Spectrum over the other companies.

Entrevista
Virtual interview followed by in person interview in the office. Visual interview took 10 minutes and in person took about an hour or so. Very relaxed and informal. The virtual was very basic run through typical questions the in person was more in depth into your resume and ability to sale.
