Interviewer was 1 hour late. Asked a few questions about experience in sales, mainly wanted to confirm that i could hold a good conversation with a complete stranger. After the first interview went well, i interviews with the department manager and answered the same series of questions.

Jerrel, one of three managers for the call center, asked if I ever did sales before and he told me what made him successful is studying products, pricing, and practicing call flow in the shower. I respect that because he already made 100k salary doing just that

Very simple and short. Your responses should be fast but not complicated ... at least in my opinion.
I personally feel like the guy who interviewed me was going to give me the job regardless. I kept telling him im nervous and he was understanding of it.
